bdttk Terms and Conditions

The following words and terms used in these terms and conditions have the meanings set out below:

• "bdttk" or "Platform" refers to the bdttk.cam website and all its services.
• "User" or "Member" refers to any person who has opened an account on bdttk or is using the platform.
• "Services" refers to all casino games, sports betting, fishing games, slots and other gaming activities provided by bdttk.
• "Account" refers to a user's personal bdttk gaming account.
• "Balance" refers to the total amount of funds stored in a user's account.
• "Bonus" refers to any promotional offer, free funds or credits provided by bdttk.

All content written in Bengali in these terms and conditions shall be considered final and binding.

2.1 Accuracy of Information

• If multiple accounts belonging to the same person are identified, all accounts will be cancelled and deposited funds may be forfeited.
• Multiple members of the same household may hold separate accounts, however verification may be required when operating from the same device.

2.3 Account Security

• It is the member's responsibility to keep their account password confidential.
• Any unauthorized access to an account must be reported to bdttk support immediately.
• Operating an account through a third party is strictly prohibited.

To open an account and use the services on bdttk, members must meet the following eligibility requirements:

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• The member must be a legally capable and responsible individual.
• bdttk may request relevant documents for age verification at any time.
• Gaming must be done under one's own identity and with one's own funds; playing on behalf of others is prohibited.
• The member must ensure that gaming is not harming their personal or family financial situation.

The following policies apply to financial transactions on bdttk:

4.1 Payment Methods

• Winnings earned from bonuses must meet wagering requirements before withdrawal.

bdttk offers various bonuses and promotional offers for its members. These offers are subject to the following conditions:

5.1 Welcome Bonus

• Each new member is eligible to receive the welcome bonus only once.
• If the wagering requirement is not met within 30 days of the bonus being activated, the bonus will be cancelled.
• If a withdrawal is made while a bonus is active, the bonus may be cancelled.

5.2 General Bonus Terms

• One bonus may not be used together with another bonus at the same time unless clearly stated in the promotion.

6.3 Technical Issues

• If a game session is interrupted due to a technical error, bdttk will complete the transaction based on the last valid game state.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bdttk platform and will result in immediate action:

• Any attempt to abuse bonuses or circumvent bonus terms.
• Creating multiple accounts to take advantage of bonuses or services.
• Using any software, bot, script or automated system for gaming.
• Abusive or threatening behaviour towards other members or bdttk staff.
• Money laundering or transacting with illegally obtained funds.
• Exploiting technical errors or system vulnerabilities.
• Interfering with bdttk's infrastructure or security systems.
• Opening or operating an account under a false identity.

Engaging in any of the above prohibited activities will result in permanent account closure and all balances may be forfeited. Legal action will be taken if necessary.

8.1 Account Closure by Member

• Any member may request to close their account at any time through the support team.
• The opportunity to withdraw all valid balances will be provided before the account is closed.
• A self-exclusion option is also available for responsible gaming purposes.

8.2 Account Closure by bdttk

• bdttk may immediately suspend or close an account in the event of a violation of the terms and conditions.
• An account may be temporarily suspended if a member does not cooperate with the verification process.
• An account may be cancelled without notice if a member engages in prohibited activities.

bdttk places the highest priority on protecting the personal information of its members.

• bdttk will not be held liable for service disruptions caused by unavoidable circumstances (force majeure) such as natural disasters, cyber attacks, and the like.
• The member acknowledges that they are gaming of their own free will and with full awareness of the risks involved.

bdttk reserves the right to change, amend, or update these terms and conditions at any time.

• In the case of significant changes, members will be notified via a notification in their account or by email.
• Continued use of the platform after any changes will be considered acceptance of the new terms and conditions.
